Fees & payment options

Initial Consultation & Assessment - £65

The initial consultation and assessment usually lasts around an hour. It’s a great opportunity to discuss your concerns, for us to get to know each other and for me to explain how hypnotherapy can help and to answer any questions you may have. No treatment or trance takes place during this session, but based on our discussions, and the information you provide, I will be able to assess how many sessions may likely be needed, as well as explain in detail what is involved in the process and how it can benefit you. You will also receive a free CD/MP3 that you will be able to use at home, which will help to reinforce the benefits of hypnosis, and lay the foundations for the work we will do together.

Follow-up sessions - £65

Treatment sessions last an hour. During a typical session, the first half will involve discussion and promotion of new ideas. Follow-up sessions are tailored to you and your individual needs. They will involve discussions using specific Solution Focused questioning, visualisation, aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and NLP as appropriate. I will be able to share a variety of techniques with you to encourage you to focus, set goals and explore solutions, to facilitate changes. The second half of the session will involve encouraging a relaxed trance state so that your brain can absorb and consolidate the new ideas that have been discussed.

Utilising trance is a safe, natural and effective way to help your mind focus on the things you want.

Payment options

Fees are payable at the end of each session.

For convenience, I accept payments by Debit or Credit card, Cash or Cheque.

If required, I can also provide electronic receipts to enable you to claim back the cost of your treatment through your work schemes or health care provider.


I often have people on a waiting list to see me, so if you need to cancel an appointment then please contact me as soon as possible so that I may offer the appointment slot to someone else. Please ensure that cancellations are made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
